GENERAL RULES
 
Registrations for the EWRR are granted only with an accepted abstract!
Abstract Deadline: December 1st, 2015


Please keep in mind that registration is not the same as abstract submission. Before registering for the workshop, you must first apply by sending an abstract, and then be accepted by the Committee.
You will be notified by the EWRR Congress Secretariat by December 19, 2015 whether your abstract has been accepted for presentation - either oral or as poster presentation.
Once your abstract is accepted, you may complete the registration process.

FINAL REGISTRATION
Please register early, as this meeting becomes oversubsribed fast. As soon as the meeting becomes oversubscribed, you will be informed within 2 days. Applications for registration will still be accepted, however, they will only be considered by the EWRR if more seats become available due to cancellations.

Final deadline for the registration for the meeting is January 15, 2016

Registrations can be accepted until January 15th, 2016, however, room availability is NOT guaranteed after this date.

REGISTRATION FEE:
The registration fee is established to encourage attendance for the entire workshop. The full registration fee will be charged regardless of the length of time a participant attends the workshop.

The registration fees includes:
  • Participation in all scientific sessions
  • Lunches and coffee breaks as announced in the program
  • Hotel Accommodation (except for registration only)
  • 3 dinners (except for registration only)
  • Program and workshop related documents
Registration fees are as follows:
Package 1: 3 Nights Single: 850,00 €
Package 1: 3 Nights Double/Twin* : 900,00 €
Package 2: 4 Nights Single: 950,00 €
Package 2: 4 Nights Double/Twin* : 1000,00 €
Registration only + 3 Dinners: 650,00 €
Registration only: 550,00 €
* If the second person is an EWRR participant, register separately as a ‘Registration only (+3 dinners)’.


TRANSFERRING REGISTRATION:
The transfer of registrations from one participant to another is permitted.

If you are not able to attend the meeting, please notify us immediately.

INVOICE:
You will receive an invoice within a week after completing registration.
Important: EWRR participants sharing a hotel room, and requiring 2 separate invoices with split room charges, must contact charlotte@medicongress.com to obtain these invoices.

FORMS OF PAYMENT:
All payments are to be made in Euro, net of all bank charges and commissions for the receiver. Payment is to be made by bank transfer.
Invoices must be paid in full before the workshop begins, otherwise you cannot be admitted to the workshop.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Participants cancelling their registration before January 15, 2016, will receive a full refund, less € 100,00 administration costs.
There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing to the Secretariat. All refunds will be processed after the workshop.
