Registration Process and Deadline
 
GENERAL RULES
Registrations for the EWRR are granted only with an accepted abstract!
Abstract Deadline: December 1st, 2014
Please keep in mind that registration is not the same as abstract submission. Before registering for the workshop, you must first apply by sending an abstract, and then be accepted by the Committee.
You will be notified by the EWRR Congress Secretariat by December 19, 2014 whether your abstract has been accepted for presentation - either oral or as poster presentation.
Once your abstract is accepted, you may complete the registration process.

FINAL REGISTRATION
Please register early, as this meeting becomes oversubsribed fast. If the meeting is oversubscribed, you will be informed within 2 days. Applications for registration will still be accepted if oversubscribed, however, they will only be considered by the EWRR if more seats become available due to cancellations.

Please note that there is NO airport shuttle to the hotel. Taxi costs in Budapest are very reasonable and the best way to reach the hotel.

Final deadline for the registration for the meeting is January 15, 2015

Registrations can be accepted until February 20, 2015, however, room availability at the venue Hotel (Helia Danubius Hotel) NOT guaranteed after January 15, 2015.

REGISTRATION FEE:
The registration fee is established to encourage attendance for the entire workshop. FulI registration fee will be charged regardless of the length of time a participant attends the workshop.
The registration fee covers registration, hotel accommodation as specified, and all meals. It will not provide for recreation, faxes, taxi, laundry or any other personal expenses

Registration fees are as follows:
Package 1: 700,- € (3 nights / single room, registration fee, all meals)
Package 2: 600,- € (3 nights / shared double room, registration fee, all meals)
There is a limited number of single rooms available, therefore please consider double-room occupancy.

TRANSFERRING REGISTRATION:
The transfer of registrations from one participant to another is permitted.

If you are not able to attend the meeting, please notify us immediately.

INVOICE:
You will receive an invoice within a week after completing registration.
Invoices are sent ONLY to the email address listed on the application form. If you do not receive your invoice, please contact congress@ewrr.org
Invoices must be paid in full before the workshop begins, otherwise you cannot be admitted to the workshop.

FORMS OF PAYMENT:
Bank transfer. The attendee is responsible for any transcation fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
From 9th of February - reimbursement 70% of the total invoice amount
From 18th of February - reimbursement 30% of the total invoice amount
After 23rd of February - no reimbursement of the registration fee possible

Individuals wishing to attend the EWRR workshop must have an accepted abstract and must complete online registration via this website. Please contact us if you are unable to submit your online registration at congress@ewrr.org .

Deadline for the finalization of the registration process is January 15, 2015.
