Registration for this meeting must be submitted by February 1, 2011.
Please keep in mind that registration is not the same as abstract submission. Before registering for the workshop, you must first apply by sending an abstract, and then be accepted by the Comittee. Once you have been accepted to the workshop, you may complete the registration process.
Please apply early, as this meeting becomes oversubscribed (full) fast. If the meeting is oversubscribed, you will be informed within 2 days. Applications will still be accepted if oversubscribed. However, they will only be considered by the Conference Chair if more seats become available due to cancellations.
REGISTRATION FEE:
The registration fee is established to encourage attendance for the entire Conference. It will be charged regardless of the length of time a participant attends the Conference.

The registration fee covers hotel accommodation as specified, and all meals. It will not provide for recreation, faxes, taxi, laundry or any other personal expenses.

Registration fees are as follows:
Package 1 (3 nights single room, registration fee, meals) 850.- €
Package 2 (3 nights double room, registration fee, all meals) 750.- €

Since there are a very limited number of double rooms, we urge you to register as soon as possible.
TRANSFERRING REGISTRATION:
The transfer of registrations from one participant to another is permitted. Please contact the Congress Organizing Secretariat (congress@ewrr.org) for any changes.

If you are not able to attend the meeting, please notify us immediately.
INVOICE:
You will receive an invoice within a week of completing your registration. Invoices are sent ONLY to the email address listed on the application form. If you do not receive your invoice, please contact congress@ewrr.org. Invoices must be paid in full before the workshop begins, otherwise you can not be admitted to the workshop.
FORMS OF PAYMENT:
Bank transfer. The attendee is responsible for any transaction fees.
